A note about my publishing imprint, Farenorth Press: When self-publishing became a thing, I decided to use the platform to publish books that didn't necessarily fit the criteria of the publishing houses that published my other books. My self-published books in the Strait Truth, Foundation, and Toussaint, Vermont series explore what happens when characters submit completely to God and/or they focus on something essential to the spiritual walk such as Bible study or prayer. They may or may not contain non-traditional characters. They always contain scripture but worked seamlessly into the story. I include a list of every scripture used in the book, however, in a separate section in case anyone wants to dig deeper. My goal is for readers to be challenged, for them to see that Christianity isn't boring. On the contrary, it's the most exciting adventure of your life.

My Crossroads series is my version of a book for sharing with friends who may or may not be Christians. The main story does not mention God, but an epilogue at the end makes a spiritual connection for those interested in exploring the theme further. So far, Leaving is the only book in this series, but more are planned.
